Oral presentations
Long papers accepted for oral presentations will be allocated 20 minutes slots inclusive of presentation and questions. There is no hard limit set, it’s up to presenters to gauge how much time they want to leave for questions, however it is recommended to present no longer than 15 minutes to enable a few questions.
Short papers accepted for oral presentations will be allocated 10 minutes slots inclusive of presentation and questions. There is no hard limit set, it’s up to presenters to gauge how much time they want to leave for questions, however it is recommended to present no longer than 7 minutes to enable 1-2 questions.
Zoom links for remote participation will be send on the day prior to the start of the conference.
Poster presentation
Posters will be presented during the poster session on the first day between 17:00 and 19:00. Posters are expected to be of maximum size A0 portrait. This means that the maximum size for landscape posters is A1.
For online participants, all posters will be available on the poster session page after the opening presentation. A slack space will be made available for questions for each poster, but alternatively, questions can be addressed to presenters by email.
Optionally, poster presenters can send us a video presentation of their posters that will be included with the poster on the poster session page.
