General Attention Points

Please note:

At least one author of each accepted paper must register to present the paper at the conference (either remotely or on-site).
Failure to register will result in the cancellation of the paper’s publication in LDK 2025 Proceedings.
All papers must be presented at the conference, preferably in person as Oral or Poster presentations (according to the final Program chairs notification) or remotely if attendance on site is not possible.
Registration fees to the Main Conference do not cover the registration to Workshop(s) which should be added individually. It is possible to participate only in workshops, paying the workshop fee only.
Student fees are applicable only to full-time students (Master or Phd). To benefit from the student status, students must provide a proof of their academic standing (student ID or certificate for 2024-2025, endorsed by the signature of a supervisor), as a file (pdf, gif, jpg, png) during the registration process.
Extra Gala dinner tickets are available for accompanying persons and can be purchased during registration.

Your registration will be confirmed once proof of payment has been sent to ldk2025conference@gmail.com. Please see the ‘Payment details’ section further down for detailed instructions.

Please note:

All participants, including chairs and workshop organizers, are required to complete the registration form in order to ensure a smooth local organization.

Please ensure you select the appropriate answers in the registration form to reflect your participation accurately.

Deadlines

The current registration schedule is as follows:

In-Person – Main Conference – Early Bird: until June 27, 2025 (23:59 AoE)
In-Person – Main Conference – Late: until August 1, 2025 (23:59 AoE)
In-Person – Workshop – Early Bird & Late: until August 1, 2025 (23:59 AoE)
Remote – Main Conference and/or Workshop Registration: until August 31, 2025 (23:59 AoE)

Please note: If you are an author of one or multiple paper(s) accepted to the Main Conference, please ensure you register to guarantee their publication in the LDK 2025 Proceedings.

Please note that in-person registration will not be accepted after August 1. However, remote registration will remain open until August 31.

Workshop Fees

Please note:

Workshop registration fees are fixed and do not vary between early bird and late registration periods

Payment details

Please note that payment can only be made via bank transfer; no other payment methods are available. Detailed instructions will be provided upon successful submission of the registration form.

Make sure to include the exact payment reference provided after the registration, as we won’t be able to track your payment without it.

Invoices

The billing address provided in the registration form will be used for issuing the invoice. If no billing details are provided, your personal information will be used instead.

If you require any specific arrangements for the invoice, please leave a note in the Comments field at the end of the registration form.

Cancellation policy

In accordance with our cancellation policy, conference registration fees that have been paid are strictly non-refundable.

Privacy Notice

In compliance with applicable data protection regulations, we hereby inform you that the personal data you provide during the registration process will be collected and processed solely for the purposes of managing your participation in the conference.

Your data will be stored securely and will only be accessible to authorized personnel involved in the organization of the event. We will not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or to facilitate your participation (e.g., issuing invoices).

By submitting your registration form, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this privacy notice. You have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at ldk2025conference@gmail.com.
